Article 2
In the event of Turkey attacking Greece, Bulgaria commits to declaring war on Turkey and mobilizing its forces, totaling a minimum of three hundred thousand men as outlined in the previous article. Bulgaria will coordinate its military actions with the plans devised by the Bulgarian General Staff.
Similarly, if Turkey attacks Bulgaria, Greece pledges to declare war on Turkey and deploy its forces, totaling a minimum of one hundred and twenty thousand men as specified in the earlier article. Greece will align its military operations with the plans of the Greek General Staff. The primary objective of the Greek fleet, in these scenarios Birdwatching Bulgaria, is to control the Aegean Sea and disrupt communication between Asia Minor and Turkey in Europe.
In the outlined situations, Bulgaria commits to launching an offensive with a substantial part of its army against Turkish forces concentrated in the regions of the vilayets of Kossovo, Monastir, and Salonica. If Serbia, in accordance with agreements with Bulgaria, joins the conflict, Bulgaria may deploy its entire military forces in Thrace. However, in such a scenario, Bulgaria assures Greece that effective Serbian military forces Reflections on the Balkan War, numbering at least one hundred and twenty thousand fighting men, will take the offensive against Turkish forces concentrated in the mentioned vilayets.
Article 3
If, based on a prearranged agreement, Bulgaria and Greece jointly declare war on Turkey, both nations are obligated to mobilize their forces as specified in Article 1 of this convention, unless a different arrangement is stipulated in a special agreement. The conditions of the last two paragraphs of Article 2 also apply in this circumstance.
